EXPRESS Design Studio Size 2 red pencil skirt. Cheetah printed inside lining. Zipper on the side working perfectly. Measurements in photos. Beautiful tie criss cross detail on the back side as well as a slit on the bottom of the skirts backside. 2 very small areas on the backside where some of the thread is at the surface as shown in the photo but barely noticeable! Shell 68% polyester, 28% rayon, and 4% spandex. Lining is 94% polyester and 6% spandex.
