2/$35 WHBM Dress

Excellent pre-owned condition! Love this dress but WHBM seems to run a bit large- fits more like a medium. Last year when I purchased I was a bit bigger due to steroid therapy and abit to big now that I've returned to normal size it's just too loose. this type of dress really is meant to fit snug.
