Brimmed Cloche-Style Hat in Tobacco Vegan Leather

Adorable vegan leather Flapper-style hat in a tobacco brown color. Brim can be tipped up or worn down in front and/or back to play with different looks. Fully lined in contrasting red satin material. Grosgrain ribbon inner band. The inner band measures 20.25". Best for people with small-ish heads. Has the slightest nick on the very back seam, but otherwise perfect pre-loved condition. Not sure if it's vintage or just a vintage style, but listing as vintage for exposure.
