Excellent used condition! No stains, holes, or pilling. I removed a clasp on the waistband that use to be to the right of the button (shown in the last photo). The pants still stay on just fine and did not really need the clasp to begin with. The flap on the waistband tucks into the belt loop as shown in the 2nd to last photo.
