Free People Cropped Button Down Shirt

Free People cropped, button down, tie front shirt. Color is what I would call a Steel or French blue? For size reference, I’m 5’4” and wearing a size 25 Abercrombie ultra high rise 90s jean in the photos. It is definitely a looser fit crop style. Shirt is size XS and new with tags, but it has been hanging on a rack in my room for a couple of years. Please note that there is a slightly faded area on the left collar/shoulder area from the sun hitting it where I had it hanging. See pics for detail. It’s not overly noticeable, especially if your hair is down.
