Vintage “Penny Lane” style coat

Great coat. Missing top button under collar(see pictures) but in my opinion looks better in bottoned anyway. See pictures of tag for brand/size. I’m a small and it fit kind of oversized on me , could probably fit a medium, maybe a large?
