Formal Royal Blue Sequin Empire Waisted top, dress with cover Size 8

Beautiful dress that I wore to my oldest son's wedding last year, the I had it dry cleaned. I am normally a size 8 and this dress fit perfectly. Gave my athletic form a little curve. Love the runched sp? back side! Sequined on top part with feminine little sleeves. I'm horrible at describing clothing so hopefully pictures are good enough. Back in the day the other material was called chiffon, I think, you know that see-through sheer material? that what the cover is made of also.
