aperitif THANK YOU -- It is so funny -- am a New Yorker out West who takes pics here of clouds in the sky and forgets they are in that great city too! Oh how I miss it!!! Cannoli, Pizza, Pickles, REAL people! ;o) My dad worked in the Chrysler building for years -- I just woke up but I think I see it. WHAT a view, my dear!!!! ;o) Lucky YOU! Happy MONDAY in the best place ever ;o)!!

ranelaghraleigh Hiiii So wait, the previous posher bought this, then intentionally damaged it so she could return it?? Wtf…..

jbrookstein @ranelaghraleigh hi! I’ve never had a return and didn’t know how to proceed. I looked closer at buyer pics, I saw the damage was exaggerated. My description included flaws and a pic. they never asked ?s as PM claims “due diligence” as a buyer. I didn’t send out the item in the condition it was sent back. Btw it’s still functional, flaw is only by buckle. Feedback from other sellers, they’ve has similar situations and I choke it up as a learning experience. lmk if you have any other ?s 😂😁

ranelaghraleigh @jbrookstein I just can’t get over that there are people who actually behave like that. Posh needs to give sellers better recourse, and ban people who do that kind of shit.

jbrookstein @ranelaghraleigh yup, lesson learned. I do feel PM sides more with buyers even though they’re not doing “due diligence” and the only recourse they provide( after much back and forth with the very slow to respond customer service) is a credit to your acct. Like I said lesson learned 🤷🏻‍♀️

trulydesirehim @jbrookstein To try and avoid take pictures next to shipping label before shipping. Try to capture all areas and close up pictures. I learned like you…the hard way.

jbrookstein @trulydesirehim Ty! I’ve learned a lot from this lesson. I also am proactive pre shipping to make sure buyer is acknowledgment of flaws pre shipping ( ss of course) increased my descriptions and pics of flaws ( im not trying to pull wool over anyone’s eyes) feel free to share any other ideas. This was so very frustrating but a learning experience. 😏

trulydesirehim @jbrookstein I had some put a extra hole in a Gucci belt wear for a week then requested a return. It was another site, I only had a few pictures. That site does not mind giving refunds because they issue site credit and will let them return items damage. If the item is listed as new in my closet with stock pics. Upon shipping I takes lots of pics. Mainly on higher priced items. I will also add scratches, fraying on items even if I don’t see them.😊
