This is a beautiful embriodery off/on shoulder top. Sleeves at elbow link. Very cozy, only wore once. Just doesn't vibe with me. No flaws. Like new. Size XS yet could fit like a S/M. Ask if any questions to be sure it's a good fit.

Is this where I ask a question? Can you let me know what the fabric content is? And also, can you measure the circumference of the bottom hem? I’m typically a Medium because of my hips (ugh!). Thanks! (It’s really beautiful.)
