Vintage 1960s(?)-era Pencil Dress

Vintage pencil dress, black. 39" from shoulder to hem (falls at/ just below knee depending upon height), three quarter sleeves, scoop neck, zip back, darts in bust to create a beautiful fit. Fully lined, very little give to fabric. Fits modern size 2-4 (would recommend 35-36" bust, 25-26" waist, 35-36.5" hip - dress form is 35"B, 25 3/4"W and there's a bit of room when on form). This dress looks magnificent on, and suitable for someone who either has an absolute passion for vintage clothing and/or a seamstress comfortable with restoring or breaking down to use as a pattern - flaws include a missing ribbon on one of the sleeves, which is easily enough replaced or removed from the other depending upon preference, and fabric has very slight pilling here and there. Open to reasonable offers, keeping in mind the uniqueness of item in the current era and potential for restoration/pattern usage for personal use or resale (the latter of which is something I would do if I had any talent for even stitching a seam; haha). This is a truly beautiful dress that I bought during my "pinup" era; hasn't been worn in 15 years and was only dry-cleaned from the point at which I purchased it in a vintage shop. Wrinkles are from being closeted for years, so could definitely use a cool iron!
