sharongriffi441 The tie front has elastic in the waistband and no elastic in the back. So there is a stretch there. There is some stretch but they have the palazzo pants part that does not need a stretch. I am no expert in material. I hope this is helpful to you. ✌✌

faby2kcloset @sharongriffi441 It is not that I am big and need them to stretch. It's that I find stretch fabric far more comfortable, and I want to buy these pants made in stretch fabric. I am petite, but I prefer to wear knits for comfort. I am trying to buy knits.

sharongriffi441 @thoughtoutlaw I am trying to help you. I have plenty of sweaters on here and they are knit and so soft. The rayon is soft to the touch. My opinion. But to be sure that this is the fabric you want. I know the women who bought the large. She is better about fabrics than me. I will feel better with her knowledge of fabrics. I will send her a message now.

faby2kcloset TBH, I would be more confident in buying if there were photos of the actual item and not just staged photos of a model wearing something that might or might not be this actual item. So I tend not to buy where the seller can't bother to post actual photos and actual measurements. Just FYI.

sharongriffi441 @thoughtoutlaw I put these pants on Sale is why you got an offer. Besides the stock pictures are better than my pictures my hands shake. The picture looks the same as described. Also, I put a size chart in the post. When you asked me a question I wanted to give you the correct answer and you left mad before I had a chance to tell you the fabric gives in the thighs and butt areas. This is a Boutique item and comes bagged and tagged. I did not mean to upset you. Sorry
