Adorable black clutch by Victoria's Secret. Not sure what the material is but the body is a soft black velour type material and the inner lining is deep plum silky polyester. Faux leather belt at the top with a rhinestone studded buckle. Measurements are 10" wide at the base and 5.5" deep.
