Vintage Velvet Dress and Blazer!

Vintage Velvet Dress and Blazer. Dress was marked as a medium but it has been altered to be a small. Has vintage wear, stitching has come undone in some spots, but can easily be stitched and fixed (see pictures for details). Was priced at $20, now marked down to $18 and now marked down to $15! All proceeds will go to my brother who has a rare kidney disease, needs another kidney transplant, has health issues & can no longer work, and struggles financially. We are trying to improve his quality of life.
