Women's black slacksw/ rhinestone look

Rave Stretch, size XS, women's black slacks, smooth fit, no pockets, zip closure on backside, the sparkle at the bottom of the pant legs looks like rhinestones, however there is nothing clamped on, then I thought maybe it was glitter but it does not flake off. I'm not sure what the Sparkle is but I've been hauling these around and they've been hanging out in my house for many years and they still look really good! 96% polyester 4% spandex
