It’s a black and white print stripe pattern. 2 decorative pockets on top (don’t open) and 2 decorative pockets on bottom of jacket. They are pouch like on bottom. Size 4. Brand new. Tags still attached. There’s fringe on the sleeves and extra detail stitching on sleeves as well. Fringe around jacket too. See pics. The sleeves are not full length.
