Vintage 90s or y2k 2000s American Eagle high-waisted wrap skirt! 45% acrylic, 33% polyester, 18% wool, 4% of something else lol. This is not lined and is a true wrap skirt with a button closure at the waist and then buttons down one side. Tagged size 8, modeled on a S/M 28" waist 5"5". In great condition - looks barely worn.
