45thparadise @inkiehaney The waist measurement (flat across) is 17.5" and the hips are 21" (approx 8" below the waist). Fabric content is 63% Rayon, 32% Nylon and 5% Spandex. Lining is 100% Polyester. Dry Clean. Any other questions, please let me know. Thank you.
