This is a gorgeous vintage 18K HGE (high gold electroplated) and rhinestone crystal diamond cluster ring. Stamped 18K HGE and A inside the ring shank. It is a size 4.75. There is a little metal tarnish on the ring shank that comes with its age, otherwise in great vintage condition.
