Farm Rio black tapestry dress with beaded parrots

Brand New! Never worn out, I tried it on and removed tags but the dress is in great condition. It comes with a beautiful beaded design and beaded buttons on sleeves. I bought it from Saks Fifth Avenue. The dress does not have the green design on bottom on skirts it’s black and has the pink stitching.
