NWOT! Striped Hoodie Dress/Tunic

Reposhing this boutique item I purchased from @spunky29. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Like new! Velvety soft exterior with lots of stretch and front kangaroo pocket. I washed it but never ended up wearing it. Not quite the right size for me. Size Medium Pit to pit: 19” Length top shoulder to bottom hem: 32”
