Sweet lightweight vintage skirt in red in unique floral print. I believe this is handmade & done very well. Some stitches are machine done & others hand done. No tags & hard to date, but I’d say likely 60s or 70s based on zipper & construction. One small pull in the waistband (seen in pics). Side zip & acrylic button closure.
