Polka Dot Ruffle Blouse

Pre-loved condition (worn, with minor signs of wear but plenty of life left and priced accordingly) black and white polka dot blouse. Very soft and comfortable. Slight ruffle on the front. Polyester blend, with a little bit of stretch. Perfect with jeans! Slightest bit sheer, so I preferred to wear it with a tank top underneath.
