This dress to me is a top at 28 inches from neck to hem.
Pure Lilly style, it is beautiful but not a dress, a long tunic top.

No rips or tears, EUC, covers the butt if worn as a top. Too short to be a dress.

When you say 28 inches from neck to bottom do you mean the scoop part of the neck to the bottom? Could you possibly measure shoulder to bottom and is there any room to let the hem out? Thanks!!

Hi,
No unfortunately it is from shoulder to hem and no hem to make it longer. To me this is really a tunic top but it was sold to me as a dress and it is far too short.
