EUC, Excellent Used Condition. This ViJo Couture dress has lots of fun features. It has a V neck line and is lined in solid navy. The dress has a hi-low hem and cold shoulders. Long sleeves are slit open on the top and end in elastic cuffs. There are bouquets of flowers in orange, white & blue with green leaves set against a navy blue background. A high low hem tops off this pretty dress. NOTE, the size tag and washing instructions are missing. See the measurement pictures for sizing.
