Chocolate velvet turtleneck that doesn't scratch. The perfect top for a crisp fall or winter night when you want to show some skin but feel comfortable while doing it. I modified the top by cutting the shoulders. The hem is hand sewn. Pros: elegant lines and good quality materials. Cons: for a shorter waist, the hem rides a little bit.
