Talbots Tropical Mini Skirt

This bright floral skirt is 97% cotton and 3% spandex, with just the right amount of stretch. It is fully lined in navy--100% polyester, well made. It has an invisible zipper in the center back, no pockets. The waist measurement is 16 1/2 inches across and 18 inches in length. Has only been worn a couple of times, is in excellent condition.
