stellafrances8 Is this a size 41 in EU or UK? As far as I know size 41 equates to size10 in US not a size 8 as shown on your description. Please clarify.

larjamull @stellafrances8 I'm sorry for the Error and not responding to your message much sooner. I been busy with appointments and again > I'm sorry for the error.. The Shoes does State 41 . But not the 8 .. Previously i had another pair of similar shoes. I believe that I must had mistakenly somehow put the 8 on these shoes listing..

stellafrances8 Yes, I believe that No seller will intentionally sell a shoe in that Terrible Condition. Also, I would think that you are NOT accusing me of creating that Terrible Damage on your sold item. That item was delivered to my house on Monday, Feb 3rd while I was out of town. I got back home on Thursday, Feb 6th. I was excited to use it for work the following day, Feb 7th. I understand that most items being sold at Poshmark were from Goodwill bins.

stellafrances8 That being said, the seller must meticulously check for any minor damage and disclose it. Whoever was the previous owner of that shoe somehow damaged the bottom sole of the shoe. It had split/cracked directly down the middle, essentially dividing it into two separate pieces, and she tried to glue it back, but it did not hold up well. It didn’t withstand the pressure of walking when I took a walk with my co-workers after lunch.

stellafrances8 I own several brands of Mary Jane shoes i.e. Sam Edelman, Madewell, Dansko, Free People, and Frye. It was the first time I purchased an Algeria Maryjane. I was attracted to its unique floral design, so I bought it. I did not bother to check the quality of the shoe. From the looks of it in the photos, it looks durable just like the ones I own. I am an accountant working in an office environment. It is not possible that I caused that Terrible Damage by wearing it in a few hours.

stellafrances8 When I realized the sole had split in the middle, I tried to put it back but the quality of the sole was so bad that the rubber fell off the ground in small pieces. It was pretty bad. I’ve never seen anything like that. When I checked the sole of the other pair, there were small cracks around it. Poshmark advised me not to send the item back. I have no use for this. I would like to send it back if you send me a prepaid return label so you can see for yourself the signs of cracks on both pairs.

stellafrances8 I beg your pardon! For your information, Poshmark was very apologetic to me for receiving a badly damaged good! And what rightfully decision in your favor are you talking about??? Upon receiving the photos I sent to Poshmark, they refunded my account in full with no question. It was mentioned in the email that they do not tolerate dishonest sellers! Your account has been noted for being deceitful!

stellafrances8 My co-workers who witnessed the incident all agreed that you knew that the shoe you sold was damaged, yet you tried to make a profit by selling it! You have NO CLASS! It's good that I wore it right when I got it. Had I waited, it would have been hard to prove that I received a damaged item! I understand you are trying to defend your misdeed because these comments are public, and buyers will see your misconduct as a seller!

stellafrances8 I have been purchasing at Poshmark for at least 2 years now, and I have purchased tons of items. Poshmark can attest to this! This was the only time I had complained and submitted a return case for receiving a badly damaged item. You are a SNEAKY seller! I HAVE NO TIME TO DEAL WITH SOMEONE WHO ARE DISHONEST! I will block you after posting this comment! I had the most unpleasant experience buying from you! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
