@verniepooh Hence, the order wasn’t made on Jan 26. We haven’t received any information about your order, or failed payment. Poshmark only notifies sellers and shows orders that have actually processed. Since the order wasn’t processed, I had no way of knowing that you even attempted to accept our offer or make a full price purchase. So we cannot ship an order that didn’t come through to us. And right now, our closet is on vacation and I cannot take new orders. I’m not in the office.
