Haviland of France produced these promotional porcelain plates for Temple Steel Company to honor the USA Bicentennial (1776-1976). Large American eagle depicted on the face with gold leaves around the border. Tempel Steel in Chicago, IL used these as promotional gifts. Excellent vintage condition. Plate diameter= 8.25”
