@cotx66 hello. I am 5.4 and yes it is long and needs alteration. I have not done that because it didn’t fit me well. You will have to put your heels on when you go for alteration to make sure it’s not too short.

Sorry, last question: do you feel it runs small or TTS? I haven't worn this designer, and some dresses and styles fit smaller than others, of course.
