Formal Black Halter Top - Size 16

The design of this top is spectacular. It is meant to be worn with dressier pants or skirts. It is lined and on either side of the back zipper is boning to help keep its form. The measurements are included in the images. There is ruffling around the neckline which extends to the back where there are two rounded buttons with loop closures. There is a lovely satiny ribbon at the waistline that is sewed in place by the zipper and has string belt loops in the front. For ease of hanging it up are 3 black 'thingys' that are meant to be tucked away when it's being worn.
