Royal Blue Two-Piece Prom Dress

This dress has been hemmed and fits me perfectly (I’m 5ft1 105lbs and wore 4 inch heels). It’s absolutely beautiful and I’d love for someone to get some use out of it. It’s only been worn once, but could use a cleaning (hence the price). The dress has a built in bra, is off the shoulder and is very well made.
