NWT size 8 shell is 96% cotton, 4% spandex in red hot pink brown black white lining is 100% polyester in vibrant red on the right side at the waist the material is pleated going across and ends at the left waist with a tie, there’s also a tie going across the back from the right waist to the left waist and I have it tied on the side with the ties hanging down. It sounds confusing but it looks great on 39” from shoulder to hem 20” across from underarm to underarm 16” across waist 20” across hip
