ekozor @miriam1029 Thank you for your patience! I just got back home. They both measure at about 17inches. The dress is a Polyblend with 4% spandex so there is a decent stretch. It's super soft & and comfortable. I actually have this same dress in Green and Grey and love them! Please let me know if you have any questions. Have a great day!

miriam1029 I just purchased it. Thank you for the offer. I just read that you mention about 17". I purchased it before reading your message a second time. I quickly read it the first time and chose to read "they are both 17". I would prefer them to be 17"or a little more. I do like the dress. Please tell me the exact measurement? Thank you. Sorry for being a pain.
