Free people Circa 2012. Size small but is oversized / flowy — could fit medium as well. Great condition. Only flaw is small, subtle discoloration on the front neckline (pictured). This may be removable with bleach / proper stain care but I am not a n expert with laundry… Lovely beach cover up or layering piece with bralette, leather belt, and denim.
