Vintage 80’s/90’s Nylon Lace Trimmed Tap Pants/Slip Shorts. Made in USA by Mel-Lin. Tag says Medium but this is vintage sizing and the waist is quite tiny, even though it’s elasticized. See measurements in photos please: Waist is just 10.5” across but has 2-3 more inches of stretch/give if needed.
