Vintage Handmade Circle Skirt w Ric Rac and Spider Web Ribbon 26" Waist Small

This Vintage Handmade Circle Skirt is in good vintage condition with a handful of small stains and one small area where the spiderweb ribbon was torn or has come unstitched. There is NO closure at the waist so you'll have to add one or just pin it. Pinned where a button should be, the waist measures 26" around. The length is 27" and the diameter when it's spread out is approximately 56".
