well, i decided to use brass cleaner on this piece to try and determine if it’s solid brass because it’s not stamped. it cleaned up very shiny and definitely has dark marks and scratches, but still looks very good. left out it will naturally tarnish up again and look aged. i believe it is solid brass. hand worked. hand stamped. it’s a nice piece of decor and useful for plants. (i’d use with insert) 🌱🌿
