Cato tiered tunic pull over in olive green floral, rayon, 18W

Cato tiered tunic with bell sleeves in 18/20W. 100% rayon in olive green with large floral and paisley pattern (purple, yellow, and hot pink). Keyhole style neck with ties. Pre-owned in good condition. No structural problems but a few threads pulled which now appear whitish, see pics. All items sold as is so please review pictures carefully and ask pertinent questions.
