Sea NY Bella Midi Dress Size 6

Blue and white viscose (100% Viscose). Blouson. Short sleeves. V-neckline. Front button closure. Partially lined. 47" from shoulder to hemline. Imported. A couple rips were sewn up. There are also two spots where the fabric only has one layer. These spots are shown the last three pics. Please see photos :) I honestly don’t notice these flaws as the pattern is quite distinct and busy. I’ve worn the dress since repairing and have gotten many compliments.
