The cutest skirt!! So bummed this doesn’t fit me anymore 😭 There are 2 small flaws ~ one black mark at the left side and a spot where the velvet seems thin on the right side. Neither is very noticeable. Otherwise this skirt is in great shape! Fully lined, circle cut, mini length. Waist ~ 18” Hip ~ 26” Length ~ 19” Please note, I have a cat. Even though I launder the items before I store them prior to their being purchased, there maybe some cat hair present :)
