2” chunky heel. Dress up or down velvet (looks great with jeans) and comfortable! Box is in great condition, as are the shoes. Very little wear beyond the soles, even on the heels.

browsen J hi ow do these shoes generally fit , if you know from personal experience? I generally wear a 9 but sometimes an 8.5 with open toe style. A 39 Birkenstock sandal or 40 closed toe. Fly London 39 open toe or 40 if a shoe. If that helps. Pumps can be tricky with the possibility of the heel slipping out. Your thoughts please? I’ve never worn this brand but love the simplicity and the color. Thanks

minniemk002 @browsen I too am that weird space between an 8.5 and 9 and wear the exact same size in Birks! I have two pairs of these Everlane pumps and find that they are comfortable enough to wear all day. The heel never slips out because it has an elasticized back, but after 8 hours on my feet, that can start to dig in a bit. I measured back of heel to toe (on the bottom): 10.25". Hope that helps. They are such pretty shoes and deep blue velvet is perfect for the holiday season.
