Has name and 212 area code phone number so they either resided in Manhattan or the Bronx. Adjustable shoulder trap and working zipper in sturdy rain proof plastic. Cute throw back and funky retro feel for a weekend in jeans and good times. Purchased in Greenwich Village NYC at Cheap Jack's well known thrift shop in the 90's.
