@lallinson8 hello! They are part of the kids/teen collection so the insole is a bit different. You can visit Golden Gooses official site or a high end retailer like Harrods, Nordstrom’s, etc to see the difference in their photos as well.
Besides the difference in insole design, the materials/quality are the same.

I'm typically a 39 in GG, b/c I'm an 8.5 in most shoes, but have to size up to a size 9 in US/39 in GG or Italian sizing. The sizing is a bit off for these. Not sure if I'd be a 39 or 40 based on the sizes you listed? And do you even have 39 or 40 available?
