katesnowden @mzsteph03 my guess would be that this is the only way she can get her money back, considering Posh’s exorbitant fees. To sell them for $1000 (even if retail is $975) she’d only get $800 on the sale. Assuming she wants to make her money back, selling them for $1250 would get her $1k (then she’d still be losing money, bc $975 + tax). I see no problem with it if they’re NIB. It’s when people try to sell used flats for the same as retail that’s annoying.
