Black “ Marilyn Monroe” Style Dress XL/1X

Halter type top of dress ties at the back of the neck, so it is adjustable, stretch fabric allows for give in the waist area, and pleated skirt falls below the knee in a Marylyn Monroe style, black version of a great dress, that can be styled up or down, and worn year-round. From my smoke-free home, EUC. It does not have size tag, but would fit XL/1X comfortably.
