Sterling Silver Purple Heart Gemstone Ring. This ring is a U.S. size 6 and is stamped 925 sterling silver inside the band. There is some tarnish and wear from age. The stone looks to be in great shape. The stone is a deep purple amethyst cut into a heart. The heart is in a 6 prong setting and is stable. I do not feel any wiggle of the stone.
