peoniesperrier @anilorak1979 of course love. Thank you for your interest!! I about a year and half ago. Just never really use it. Maybe 12 times. No you don’t need their serum. I use ultrasound gel. I’m a nurse so I did my research and found that you just need a conductor to help it work. I order off of Amazon. You need a water soluble substance is all. The serum does nothing except make them money and cost you more
