Summer staple! Short shorts with a 12" rise and tiny belt loops. Navy with creamy white embroidered dots. Ribbon belt was missing when I took the pictures but is found and will be included. Good condition, polkadots have a bit of extra thread here and there but the overall effect is still stunning.
