NWT by LILY ROSE Beautiful little summer dress it is sleeveless. However, the ties are adjustable. It does have a V cut in the front and ruching on both front and back the dress zips up the back, and the zipper is in 14 inches long, and the dress from the top of the shoulders is 35 inches long. There is also a built in slip that cannot be seen. This dress is absolutely beautiful and is 100% polyester.
